One of the biggest step to ensure you are having a stress free wedding is to create timeline for each events. This timeline is going to to be the holy grail for the wedding ceremony and reception. The timeline should include what time set up begins, what time it will finish, HMU schedule, time for first look etc. It is important to have all the details written out to make sure everything is taken care of appropriately.
